We know we’re not the only ones who crave a good protein shake post workout, but we have a recipe that you will probably be craving for dessert as well.  Not only is it delicious (and tastes just like a milkshake), but it is so easy to make!  This 380 calorie protein shake will keep you full for hours, so it’s perfect for a morning on-the-go, post workout, or if you’re craving a milkshake for dessert!

Protein Shake_PP1

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder – I use the Target brand!

Protein Shake_PP2

1 Tablespoon of peanut butter – I use MaraNatha almond butter (also from Target) but you can use any peanut butter!  It will taste the same, and probably be the same amount of calories!

Protein Shake_PP3

1 cup of milk – I always use almond milk because it makes the shake a little bit creamier!  I usually use Silk unsweetened original almond milk, which is only 30 calories per serving!  (This time I didn’t have the unsweetened version, but the sweetened almond milk is only 60 calories per serving – so whatever you have works!)

Add 2 cups of ice…and blend!
