It’s no secret that we love Brides who aren’t afraid to ditch tradition and try new things on their wedding day. By throwing out the rules and not focusing on trends provided by Pinterest, Couples are really able to shift the focus onto themselves – the style they like, the details that will work best for their guests, etc. For example, if neither the Bride nor Groom enjoy dancing, why would there be a 3 hour reception full of DJs and dancing? If you’re a couple that doesn’t go crazy for cake, why spend the money on a grand wedding cake? There are so many ways to be nontraditional, while still celebrating your wedding in a memorable way (in fact, it will be even more memorable if you focus more on YOU and less on the trends/traditions!). Here are a few ways to swap out traditional wedding details and make it more “you.”
